An ecommerce site development project for Xiph Cyber, an Australian encryption and data security solutions provider.

Alongside the newly launched website, the existing shop needed to be revamped. The client was looking for a more product focused shop that would showcase the catalogue in a more user friendly manner. Having previously worked on ecommerce sites like the Bcause Store, Spree seemed to be a good choice for the project due to the level of customisation and flexibility it offers.

The shop offers the full range of features offered by Spree, with the addition of other nifty features. Cross-selling products, automating delivery of coupon codes for products, and product reviews are some of the highlights. There were a lot of user experience improvements both on the front end and admin panels as well.

The shop integrates with the AusPost API to provide instant shipping rates. It accepts PayPal payments, credit card payments via Braintree, and Bitcoin payments via BitPay. It also provides integrations for Google Merchant Center and Facebook Business. This allows the shop’s products to be advertised and sold via Google, Facebook and Instagram.
