User experience testing and design for the Bcause Store, a speciality e-commerce platform for people with disabilities. The project is initiated by Bendigo Bank, and the web app is developed by MSTS.
I was happy to head some UX test sessions as a part of continuous improvements to the store app’s user interface design and overall user experience. Part of the tests were done using a stable development version of the app, and the rest using high definition interactive prototypes built with Axure. Design consistency between the app and prototypes helped provide a better experience during the tests themselves.
