A design project for GovHack Wyndham 2017, organised by Wyndham City Council.
The idea behind this was to attract a diverse group of people representative of the City of Wyndham, which is one of Victoria’s fastest growing municipalities. The city attracts over 12,000 new residents each year, and was hosting and sponsoring GovHack, an annual hackathon hosted across Australia and New Zealand, for the first time.
As a dev at Wyndham, it was tempting to be involved in the hackathon myself. However I diverted my energies elsewhere to design a brand identity and promotional materials for the event, which were colourful and spoke to the diversity of the city.
